Our font selection consists of Optima, Roman and Vanessa.

The placement of your engraving—either vertical or horizontal—depends on the shape and style of the pendant. If you're visiting in-store, you may have access to a broader selection of engraving styles and customization options.

Inspiration can come from meaningful dates, personal quotes, initials, coordinates, or even inside jokes. We also try out best to provide engraving suggestions in-store!

No appointment is needed for in-store engraving. You can simply walk in and have your piece engraved the same day.

Our in-store experience includes a touchscreen preview tool, allowing you to see exactly how your engraving will look on your pendant in real-time before confirming the design.

Turnaround time varies. Simple engravings might be completed the same day in-store, while custom or online orders could take 2-3 days to process.

Our engraving service is free of charge!

However, if you'd like an engraving on the back of your piece, an additional fee will apply.

We only offer engraving on jewelry purchased from our engravable collection.

Generally, engraved or personalized jewelry is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is a defect or engraving error.
