We’re proud of the quality of our jewelry, and we stand behind every piece. That’s why all of our products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any issues related to materials or craftsmanship when used with proper care.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or natural aging of materials over time. Tarnishing from exposure to water, perfume, lotions, or other chemicals is also not covered. Items that have been altered or repaired by a third party are not eligible.
To start a warranty claim, simply reach out to our customer care team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may repair the item, replace it, or offer store credit if the style is no longer available.
