  • Orders over $100 (before tax) shipped within Ontario are eligible for free shipping.

  • We ship via UPS or Purolator.

  • Sorry, we don’t ship to P.O. boxes.

  • If something happens to your package, you can file a claim directly with UPS or Purolator—they’ll help you sort it out.

  • Yes! Pick-up is available at all our store locations. Select this option at checkout, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.
