With proper care, it can last a long time—but "permanent" means until you choose to take it off. It’s still delicate jewelry, so treat it with love.

No problem! If you need to remove it for any reason, just snip it with scissors at the welded jump ring. You can always bring it back and we’ll re-weld it for a small fee.

Life happens! If your chain breaks, just keep the pieces and come back in. We’re happy to reweld it for free within 90 days or help replace it for a fee of $15.

Totally! Our jewelry is airport-friendly, so you shouldn’t have to remove.

Yes, you can do all your everyday activities. Just keep in mind that over time, exposure to water and products might dull the shine a bit—especially for our sterling silver styles.

Yes! We have a selection of 14k solid gold and 92.5 sterling silver chains and charms to choose from, so you can personalize your piece to match your style!

Of course! You can always book a charm add-on appointment or drop by the studio when you’re ready to spice things up.

In most cases, yes—as long as the charm has a suitable loop or ring. We’ll assess it on-site to make sure it works with your chain. There is a welding fee of $10 for any charms purchased outside of Harmony stores.

We typically recommend 6 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Your appointment will take about 15–30 minutes. You'll choose your chain, get sized, and watch the magic happen. If you're adding charms, we’ll help you arrange them just right.
