Shipping & Returns

  • We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

    We do not ship to P.O boxes.

  • We offer free shipping for orders above CAD $100 (before tax) within Ontario.

    Orders under CAD $100* outside of Ontario are subject to a $10.00 shipping fee.

  • Orders placed online typically take 2-3 business days to process and pack. All packages are shipped as expedited parcels through Canada Post and you will receive a tracking number. Without any delays, these are the expected delivery times: 

    • Within Ontario: 2-5 business days

    • Out of province: 4-7 business days

    • United States: 5-10 business days

  • Taxes are included in your order’s total price. Any duties applied at the border are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email from one of our delivery partners once your package has been picked up.

*Shipping times to the U.S. may take a bit longer because of changing customs policies. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, we’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or damage.

    • Personalized items, nose jewelry and sale items are non-returnable.

    Exchange orders ship free via standard delivery, with an option to repurchase expedited shipping.

  • All regular policy information still applies; however, policy is extended for the holiday season.

    Any online purchases made on/after November 1st will be eligible for return until January 16th. 

  • Exchanges can be completed by mail or in-store. Direct exchanges are available for the following items:

    • Rings: Can be exchanged for the same style in a different size.

    • Chains: Select styles offered in multiple lengths (16”, 18”, 20”) can be exchanged for a different length, if available.

    If you’d like to exchange an item for something of a different price, your original item will be refunded, and the new item must be purchased separately to generate a new receipt.

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received at our head office or in-store. Our team will issue the refund within 2 business days, though it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your bank statement.

    Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, and a confirmation email will be sent once processed. Items purchased with a Harmony gift certificate will be refunded as online store credit or exchanged.
