Engraving Details

• This product is available for dogs and cats only. Human faces are not included in this service. 

• Each necklace pendant can feature one pet only.

Photo Submission Guidelines

• Please note, we are not able to redo your full image with a new photo after a preview has been sent out. All engravings will take the exact form of the photo you provide, so please choose your image carefully.

• Submit a clear, high-quality, close-up photo of your pet’s face (we may include a small portion of the pet’s neck). We cannot engrave the full body of your pet.

• Photos should be well-lit. Avoid dark, shadowed, or overexposed images.

• Eyes, nose, and facial features must be clearly visible- if your pet’s eyes are covered by fur in the photo, they will also be covered in the engraving.

• We will only engrave your pet’s face exactly as shown in the photo.

All custom pet portraits require extra processing time. A preview of your engraving will be emailed to you for approval before we create the final piece. Please check your email to avoid delays.
